I will require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment for all clients. This ensures a respected time frame for cancellations and missed appointments in my schedules, giving me the time to offer a cancelled appointment spot to another guest. You can cancel or rebook any scheduled appointment up to 48hrs before your booked appointment, no charges will be made. Anytime within the 48hr period to your appointment you will be charged 75% of the total of the booked appointment price. Continued cancellations will result in the removal from my schedule permanently. (Please be aware that if you are more than 15 min late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled for and a cancellation fee will apply.) The cancellation policy will be enforced with each appointment booked, and is a way for me to ensure a stress free schedule for all of my clients. Thank you for understanding. 🙏🏻❤️
